We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be returned in the original packaging
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process either:
- A replacement or exchange
- A full refund for eligible returned item(s)
Please note:
Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to up to a 10% deduction from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- An error was caused by our team
In these situations, DripJersey365 will cover the related replacement or return shipping costs.
Personalized Jerseys
Customized and personalized jerseys are considered final sale items.
This includes:
- Jerseys printed with custom names or numbers
- Jerseys with selected player names and numbers
- Jerseys with added patches or badges
Customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
If you believe there is an issue with a personalized item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
Exchanges & Refunds for Personalized Items
If a personalized jersey is approved for return:
- Exchange requests may require an additional customization fee
- Refunds will not include original printing or customization charges
How to Return an Item
Please include the following when returning your package:
- Original packaging
- All attached tags
- A note including:
- Your order number
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
For defective or damaged items, please contact us within:
- 5 working days after delivery for domestic orders
- 10 working days after delivery for international orders
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting customer support.
International Returns
Customers returning products internationally should clearly mark the package as:
“Returned Goods”
This helps prevent customs delays or additional import charges.
If customs fees occur because of incorrect labeling, the package may be refused and returned to the sender.
